- 2010 10 years anniversary of ARVEST Global Stars Fund.
- 2009 Concentration on asset management services in Pfäffikon (Schwyz).
- 2007 Expansion of Domestic client base.
- 2002 Companies renamed ARVEST Privatbank AG, ARVEST AG and ARVEST Funds AG. Bank and fund management headquarters relocated to Pfäffikon (Schwyz canton).
- 2000 Foundation and start of FINMA regulation of Arnika Fondsleitung AG in Richterswil, first investment fund established.
- 1987 Vermag AG of Chur is granted private bank status.
- 1981 Arnika AG of Richterswil is registered in the canton of Zurich.
- 1978 Vermag AG becomes a licensed securities trading company.
- 1974 Foundation of asset management company Vermag AG in Chur.
- 1972 Kurt Kimmel started his own independent asset management business for international private clients.
